This DVD contains explanations and demonstrations of the entire coloured belt self defence syllabus introduced in 2008.

It shows examples of how to perform the techniques at gradings, what is expected for the 1st dan grading, plus samples of weapons and ground self defence.

The DVD also contains a PDF file accessible from your computer, with photos of all the techniques, the background behind the new syllabus and useful information about practical self defence.
