Taking up where the Balisong Manual left off, the Advanced Balisong Manual contains more advanced manipulation techniques. This book seems to concentrate a lot more on self-defense and manipulation techniques than the first one did as there are a lot more picture guides demonstrating these techniques. It does, however, contain some duplicate information regarding knife safety and balisong laws for those who did not read the first book
